Don’t work and the customer service don’t help

The pet feeder only connect to wifi when phone is nearby. Otherwise it is offline. Have tried factory reset and no result. Do not buy if wifi and remote access is important.

Very good and easy to use. With the application, you can configure it. The only problem I would have is that you can't adjust the grams of food per serving.

Excellent purchase! It arrived very well whitewashed. It works with an app. It didn't specify, but it gives the food in portions, approximately 10g each portion, and you can configure it to give between 1 and 10 portions at a time.
